This gives our customers the reassurance that our customer service and delivery is paramount to our business as this is the driver for us to retain our certified status, as well as give our customer the opportunity to give feedback to the solution providers directly regarding the performance of their certified partners.

Installation and Commissioning Service
All EmpowerIP engineers are Cisco and Microsoft certified as required by organisations partner program. As well as this all our engineers that Install and Commission our solutions hold at least full Prince 2 Project Management Certification as well as having extensive experience of the installation and commissioning of all the products and services EmpowerIP provide. This service is delivered through the Cisco “Step to Success” program that gives our customers confidence that the project is being delivered by a proven engagement model with independent monitoring and customer feedback.

Technical Audit Service
You can request a Certified EmpowerIP engineer to conduct a full technical audit on your existing network and you will receive a site visit and a full report on your current infrastructure as well as recommendations for the future whether this is Network Foundation, Convergence, Security, VPN access or Network Management. This is delivered via the Cisco Certified “Smart Business Roadmap” program and gives our customers confidence that the current and future requirements suggested are independently monitoring and customers feedback taken.
